Key responsibilities are:
Field all incoming calls, set appointments (appointments, pre-walks and final walk throughs) for the sales department, create and organize the schedule for the crews as jobs are sold, file warranties for all applicable jobs, execute Job costing for all jobs performed by Icon Roofing, responsible for office organization, office supplies, sales supplies and crew supplies, send out thank you post cards and review requests, handle accounts receivables and accounts payable, Onboard new employees and assist with HR administration, Provide outstanding customer service and internal team support.

Pay: $52,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
