We’re looking for someone to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator who:

The Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of IT services at Clinica Sierra Vista. This position focuses on turning data into actionable insights, streamlining IT purchasing and budgeting processes, and assisting in the execution of essential technology initiatives.

With an emphasis on operational excellence, the analyst helps improve transparency, drive process improvements, and support innovation across the IT department. This entry-level role offers a valuable opportunity to develop analytical, financial, and project coordination skills while contributing to the broader mission of enhancing technology in support of patient care and organizational performance.

Essential Functions:

Strategy & Planning

Analyze IT operational workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, and service quality.
Support the development of strategic IT plans through data analysis, budget reviews, and performance tracking

Research industry trends and emerging technologies to provide recommendations that align with long-term IT goals

Acquisition & Development

Initiate and monitor IT purchase requisitions, ensuring proper coding and timely processing
Assist in evaluating vendors and preparing RFPs in collaboration with IT leadership and business stakeholders.
Support technology rollouts by helping coordinate implementation activities and gathering stakeholder requirements.

Operational Management

Reconcile IT budget activity regularly, aligning expenditures with approved allocations and identifying variances.
Track key IT project milestones and facilitate communication among project teams to ensure timely execution.
Develop process documentation, diagrams, and workflow visuals using Visio or similar tools
Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support IT decision-making and operational oversight.
Participate in change management efforts, including communications and training related to new technology or process changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, procurement, and clinical operations to support integrated IT initiatives
Stay current on best practices in IT operations, procurement processes, and automation tools to recommend continuous improvements.

Other Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned.
Participate in training to develop technical skills and customer service abilities.
Track and follow up on unresolved issues, escalating them as needed.
Maintain positive communication with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and provide timely updates on their requests.

You’ll be successful with the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
0–2 years of experience in an IT support role or customer service
Basic understanding of hardware, software, and project management concepts
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
Strong documentation skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Exceptional customer service orientation.
Valid California driver licenses.
