Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Receptionist & Admin Assistant to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and manage incoming parcels, documents, and deliveries.
- Maintain physical attendance records and review digital attendance reports to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with courier and parcel service providers for timely pickup and delivery of documents and packages.
- Visit banks for cheque deposits and other banking-related tasks.
- Welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain office calendars.
- Handle filing, documentation, data entry, and record management.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Provide administrative support to various departments and perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Professional attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Prior experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role will be an added advantage.
