A Receptionist & Office Administrator with the global leader in the creation of Taste & Wellbeing and Fragrance & Beauty, and a key member of our Taste & Wellbeing Pakistan team – Your future position?

To further support our expanding operations in Pakistan, we are currently recruiting a 'Receptionist & Office Administrator'. Working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment, you will handle complex administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and provide reliable support to the business unit in line with company policies and local requirements.

You will report to the Country Manager for Taste & Wellbeing Pakistan and be based in our Lahore office.

This is an open contract role with us, working 5 days a week. Your monthly payroll will be processed by a 3rd party partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Administration — Manage day‑to‑day office operations, including filing, scheduling, meeting room bookings, mail handling and general administrative support.
  • Communication — Handle routine inquiries, manage incoming calls, redirect callers and ensure accurate message distribution.
  • Office Supplies — Coordinate with Procurement to order supplies, manage vendor relationships and ensure cost‑effective purchasing.
  • Facility Management — Oversee maintenance, security systems, service providers, annual contracts and coordination with contractors, architects and landlords.
  • Contract Management — Obtain quotes, negotiate and manage contracts for housekeeping, catering, security, maintenance and company car fleet services.
  • Procurement — Manage inventory of consumables, oversee company car fleet processes and support business card issuance.
  • Events & Travel — Source vendors, support events, manage travel arrangements, visas, accommodation and employee onboarding logistics.
  • Government Services — Liaise with government agencies and coordinate registrations, licenses and compliance requirements.

Your Professional Profile Includes

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years of experience in administrative support roles.
  • Fluency in English and the Urdu language is essential.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
