Receptionist & Admin Support Job in Cranswick at frontier agriculture –
You will often be the first point of customer contact, ensuring that the customer (internal or external) is given an exemplary, industry leading professional impression of Frontier Agriculture.
Ideal candidate
Excellent telephone manner and ability to deal effectively with customers enquiries
Proven organisational and administrative skills

The role – Key responsibilities
Answering all calls into the business and dealing with callers in a courteous and professional manner. Forwarding calls to the appropriate department, taking messages and forwarding in a timely manner
Be the first point of contact for visitors to the business. Welcome and greet all visitors onto site, ensuring all health and safety/signing in and out procedures are adhered to.
Filing of invoices and delivery notes
Posting month end invoices to customers
Booking meeting rooms
Providing administrative support as required
Adhoc administration duties to assist the office manager
