Job Description

The Role

Part time permanent role available, ideally suited to a proven medical administrator, with excellent customer service experience, and strong people skills. In a complex human services organisation, ideally in health is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Understand all administration operations with day-to-day bookings and transactions.

Cross skill in all administrative duties to assist where required in situations of sickness or illness with other team members.

Focus on administrative growth and development with key strategies implemented from management.

Report finalisation and invoicing on a daily basis

Management and documentation of your workload on CRM and project management system Monday.com

Liaison with various stakeholders

Skills & Experience

Must be able to work autonomously

Demonstrated resilience and sound communication skills (preferred).

Ability to problem solve and use initiative, work autonomously, communicate and work cooperatively with other members of a multidisciplinary team.

Have an entrepreneurial mindset with a vision for growth within yourself and the company.

Be malleable within the work environment and be susceptible to rapid business changes.

Be able to develop great rapport with clients and stakeholders with continuous improvement and open communication.

About The Role

The opportunity is Part Time 2 days in our Wollongong suites

Part time hours are: Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 5pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $27.00 – $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Schedule

10 hour shift
