Responsibilities:

Receptionist
Answering calls
Transferring calls to respective personnel
Accounts Receivable & Payable Responsibilities
Receive and process customer payments on accounts
Prepare and verify monthly customer statements
Data entry of vendor invoices
Office File Management
Create inventory folders
File appropriate documents in respective folders
Administrative Support

Requirements:

40-hour work week, including some Saturdays (half days)
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Ability to manage and operate a multi-line phone system (training provided)
Strong attention to detail
Good work ethic
Excellent communication skills and personable demeanor
Ability to pass the required drug screening prior to starting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 – $16.00 per hour
