Overview

Are you a talented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant with Project and Office experience?

Together with the Administrative team, based in Waterloo, you will help to carry out our Office and Project Administration in an international environment.

This is a full time position based out in our Brussels office.

Responsibilities

You will support the Office Manager in the processing of all kinds of administrative tasks:

General administrative tasks: general office management, managing shipments and receiving packages, managing inventory and stock, staffing reception, answering the phone

ordering and tracking office supplies

providing assistance to the fleet manager for fleet-related appointments.

General office tasks: maintaining the coffee machine, watering plants, preparing meeting rooms, ordering office supplies, following up on office maintenance with the building manager, etc.

You have strong administrative skills and can contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in the Admin department.

Qualifications

You have a good command of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

You can work independently

You have a category B driving licence

You are flexible

Full-time presence at the Waterloo office.

You have good organisational skills and can set priorities

You can handle confidential information

You can handle complexity and you have analytical skills

You are good at working independently and in a team

You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with all employees.

You are flexible and can work in accordance with organisational requirements, as needed by the needs of the company.
