Summary

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our office, reporting directly to the Office Manager. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, including managing communications, organizing files, and providing exceptional customer service. With core skills in computer literacy, clerical duties, and time management, you will ensure that daily administrative functions run efficiently. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with multi-line phone systems will enhance our team’s productivity. Responsibilities

Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite to create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring efficient data entry and retrieval.
Assist with calendar management and scheduling to optimize time management for the team.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $26.00 – $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
