· Calendar Management: Proactively manage and prioritize the calendars of the CIO and President, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

· Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries as appropriate.

· Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, materials, and meeting minutes.

· Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, to ensure efficient and stress-free travel for the executives.

· Document Management: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Expense Management: Track and manage expense reports for the executives, ensuring compliance with company policies.

· Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

· Project Support: Assist in various projects and initiatives, providing research, data analysis, and administrative support as needed.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $39.00 – $40.74 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
