Job Description
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team. This fully remote position is ideal for someone with a heart for service who aligns with our mission.
The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, possess exceptional communication skills, and thrive in an environment that prioritizes generosity, integrity, and making a difference.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism and care.
Schedule and coordinate appointments using Google Calendar.
Maintain and update records using Google Sheets and Docs.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to create emails, templates, and assist with content creation as needed.
Provide outstanding customer service to clients and vendors.
Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and invoicing.
Support the management team on special projects or additional duties as needed.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar).
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for professional use.
Professional and friendly phone personality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
