Our client is a reputable firm, running for over 35 years based In several locations across the UK. They offer a personal and responsive service, to both personal and business needs. They are currently looking to expand with a Receptionist within their Birmingham branch. You will be responsible for welcoming visitors with a friendly face and keeping the Reception area tidy.

Responsibilities:
Provide support to paralegals, the office manager, and other staff
Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch as well as distributing mail
Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive
Answer, Screen and forward incoming calls
Preparing correspondence using our case management system
Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.
Key Skills & Experience:
Have previous experience in a similar role
Experience in working within a legal environment
Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person
Be highly organised and presentable
