Responsibilities
Duties
will include, but are not limited to:
– Greeting and directing visitors, clients, or employees
– Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence
– Managing and organizing schedules, appointments, and meetings
– Providing general administrative support to the team
– Managing mail and courier services
– Creating and maintaining filing systems for documents and records
– Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
– Previous experience as a receptionist is required
– Professional and courteous demeanor
– Outstanding verbal and written
communication
– Strong organizational skills and high
attention to detail
– Skilled in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel)
– Ability to handle a high-paced
work environment
– Strong typing and data entry skills
