Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and employees. Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Support various departments with general office duties as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
