Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30

Our client, an established conveyancing firm, are looking for a friendly, organised and self-motivated individual to join their office team. We are happy to consider candidates from a receptionist, administrative or customer service office based background.

Responsibilities include:

‘ Handling incoming telephone calls ‘ Handling a range of enquiries from customers by telephone and email ‘ Dealing with visitors in the reception area ‘ Use of fax machine ‘ Undertake other administrative duties to support the team

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable office experience in an established company.
