The all New Infiniti of Smithtown and Smithtown Nissan, both UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP, are looking for a Service Receptionist
Description of the role:
The Service Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Service Department. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and filing
Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
Requirements:
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Professional and friendly demeanor
Compensation: $16 – $18 per hour
