Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. In this pivotal role, you will manage the front desk operations and contribute to a positive work environment. You will handle a variety of tasks that require multitasking abilities and a dedication to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously.

Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and data entry as needed.

Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock is replenished as required.

Receive and distribute mail and packages to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, copiers, and multi-line phone systems.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: $17.25 – $23.50 per hour
