Real Estate Agent in need of a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help with essential tasks a few hours per week. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to earn extra income with a flexible, low-commitment schedule.

Job Description:
-Update Database & Pipeline with New contacts Name, Phone, Email etc.
-Maintain Team Leader’s Pipeline Report for Sellers/ Buyers
-Manage Team Leader’s Database and Client Management System
-Prepare Materials for Open Houses & Door Knocking Flyers/ Newsletters
-Place and remove Real Estate signs at property locations
-Light Administrative support as needed

Requirements:

Must live in or near Sugar Land, TX
Have access to a reliable vehicle
Comfortable with light physical work (placing signs)
Basic computer skills (Email, Google Docs/Sheets)
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Additional Details:

This is a 1099 contract position
Mileage reimbursement for travel over 10 miles to the destination
Ideal for someone local looking for flexible side work
Weekly hours may vary slightly depending on listing activity

Hours: 5 hours per week
Hourly Pay: $15 per hour
Skills: Communication Skills, Responsive, High Level of Accuracy, Detail
Oriented, Pro-Active, & Google Workspace Experience preferred,
High School Diploma Required, Prefer Basic Admin Experience
