THE ROLE
Our client is a globally renowned luxury group, home to some of the world’s most iconic fashion and jewellery brands. Committed to creativity and sustainability, it embodies excellence in the luxury industry.
They are seeking a dynamic Receptionist and Administrative Officer to represent the brand in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong organizational skills and professionalism to ensure smooth daily operations.
DUTIES
Provide comprehensive reception and administrative support to the Facility Officer, including managing front desk operations, coordinating communication, organizing schedules, maintaining records, and assisting with facility-related tasks to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations.
Act as the first point of contact for all customer service phone calls and addressing enquiries.
Warmly welcome and assist visitors.
Ensure the effective management and availability of office supplies and staff amenities to support business operations.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Prior experience in reception and administration work.
Excellent communication skills
Proficient MS Office skills
Emphasis on precision and keen attention to detail.
