To meet its growth needs, MRT is recruiting a Receptionist / Billing Clerk for its Rouyn-Noranda office. Do you have experience in a similar position and are you a recognized professional?

Responsibilities
Answer phone calls, receive visitors and make sure that their request is properly transmitted;
Perform the daily registration of 85 to 100 invoices in the accounting system;
Research proof of delivery;
Communicate and deal with other terminals as needed for any questions, requests for documentation;
Provide technical support in accounting related tasks.
Job Requirements
Functional English;
1 to 2 years experience in a similar position;
Good knowledge of the Office software, Outlook and SAGE;
Logical thinking and attention to detail;
Professionalism and discretion;
Ability to solve problems;
Ability to work in a team environment;
Organizational skills and good ability to manage priorities;
Autonomy and good concentration skills.
