We are a busy growing practice offering integrated care with massage therapy and chiropractic. We are looking to hire a part time administration staff members to join the team. Must be efficient, communicate with patients, and be friendly. Preferably having experience working in a medical office. Flexibility is important to be able to cover office needs.

Checking patients in, updating information on electronic medical records and preparing them for their visit.
Checking patients out, accepting payments and scheduling follow-up appointments.
Verifying patient benefits and insurance
Assisting doctor in delivering treatments
Prepping exam rooms- cleaning, stocking, laundry
Filing for prior authorizations and handling other document requests
Assisting with performing patient billing tasks
Scheduling patients using multi line phone and text messaging
Computer skills required; ability to learn medical electronic system

*We are looking for someone who can switch from their regular tasks and responsibilities and assist in other areas as needed.

Office Hours: Monday – Fridays, Approximately 15-25hrs depending on desire and need

We expect that you will be willing to learn more about Chiropractic and Wellness and help share our vision. We are looking for someone interested in joining a team/work-family for a long-term position.
