Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Maintain reception area and manage office supplies.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
Prepare and manage accurate, confidential documentation.
Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, binding etc…
Support company events and internal meetings.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with departments to improve communication and office efficiency.
Requirements:
Experience as a receptionist or administrator, preferably in an accounting or audit firm.
Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and office management software.
Professional appearance with a strong customer service focus.
Able to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
