Receptionist/Customer Service

Duties to include but not limited to:

· Greeting clients

· Booking and confirming appointments and checking in patients

· Performing cashier related functions including accepting payments, processing returns and balancing cash

· Recording and transferring calls requiring Veterinary support

· Assist with ordering and inventory management

· Unpacking/Packing and shipping orders

· Assisting with laundry and cleaning duties

· Additional duties as required

· Looking for individuals that are self-motivated, mature, dedicated, pleasant, and punctual

· Proficient with verbal and written English, computers, and ability to prioritize workload

· Must be able to work independently and as part of the team

· Preference will be given to candidates with familiarity and experience with animals and Veterinary products

· Must be 18 yr. old, with unrestricted Drivers License and legal to work in Canada

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$22.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
