We are looking for a Receptionist to join Broker Link and work out of our Barrie, ON Branch. On a 18-month Contract.

What the Role Entails:

Answer direct client inquiries

Control the flow of walk-in customers and callers

Ensure the needs of customers are being met through superior customer service

Process customer payments, bank deposits, petty cash management and account coding

Monitor and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and couriers

Ensure EPIC system & company portals are updated consistently

Assist other departments as required

Various tasks and projects assigned as required

Strong attention to detail required

The Successful candidate will have:

High School and/or Post-Secondary Education

2-5 years’ experience in an office environment

Computer skills – Keyboarding and MS Office

Strong customer focus

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exposure to Epic is an asset

Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
