Job Title:Receptionist/Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and friendly individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.

Provide information to callers or visitors regarding company services, products, and policies.

Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and efficient manner.

Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer service.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional demeanor and appearance.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with multi-line phone systems.

Knowledge of basic office equipment such as fax machines, printers, and scanners.

Familiarity with CRM software or customer database systems.
