Requirements
Administration team creates & advances an efficient & sustainable office environment, strive for world-class customer services by ensuring day-to-day operations with strategic cost optimization and innovative solutions.
Our team is looking for an Office Administrator, two days per week to support our day to day operations. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a global environment.
Office Operations (60%)
Welcome guests and maintain physical security (in line with building management)
Handle incoming phone calls and redirect to relevant staff
Distribute incoming and outgoing mail/packages
Manage office supplies (stationery, printing materials)
Maintain a clean and organized office
Manage seating plans and support seating relocations
Handle monthly access card and parking management
Handle office fixed assets and Uber corporate account management
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Event Support (40%)
Decorate the office for special occasions (e.g., Christmas, New Year)
Handle corporate/business event logistics:
Flight bookings
Hotel bookings
Meeting room reservations
Tea-break and F&B arrangements
Participate in Admin team engagement activities
Perform ad hoc tasks related to events and projects
Must-have
Proficiency in G-suite
Good command of verbal and written English skill
Good knowledge of general administration and office protocol
Good knowledge of principles and practices of the company
Nice-to-have
Good organization skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Have a sense of professionalism in announcement’s email content and creative ideas for improving office environment.
Requirements
This position requires in-office work at our Atlanta, GA 30309 office.
The standard work schedule is two days per week (M- F).
Occasionally moves boxes weighing up to 20 pounds across the office for various needs.
