Barrett Financial Group is seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team in Gilbert, AZ. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.

Responsibilities

Work in the office Monday-Friday 8:30 – 5:00 pm

Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the office

Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

Ensure the reception area and office are tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials stocked

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email to inquiries about the company

Receive, track, and distribute daily mail and deliveries

Assist with clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
