Lexus of Sarasota is hiring Receptionists for our dealership. This is a full-time position with pay rates starting at $18 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
Greeting guests and directing them appropriately
Answering incoming calls professionally, determining the nature of the call, and directing callers to the appropriate individual or department
Working in a fast-paced environment
Maintaining a clean and professional work environment
Assisting with administrative duties including Data Entry, Keeping Accurate Records, Organizing Files/Records
Requirements
Receptionist Experience required
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong Customer Service Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records
Time Management Skills
Professional appearance and good communication skills
Integrity, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and receptiveness to new ideas
Ability to be a team player
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a plus
