As the Receptionist, you’ll be the go-to person for all things front-of-house. From greeting guests with warmth and
professionalism
to managing calls and correspondence, you’ll set the tone for an exceptional experience.
The Role
Maintain a pristine reception area, oversee mail and deliveries, coordinate schedules, and provide administrative support to the team. Manage the daily inbox by addressing office and studio order requests from the team and placing orders promptly. Assist various departments with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed. Greet and welcome all visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression that reflects the brand.
Support the employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Track credit card receipts and aid the finance team with invoice approvals. Requirements Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a Fashion House.
Experience of
representing Front of House Highly organised with high
attention to detail
Approachable yet professional Excellent
communication skills
, both written and verbal IT literate all Microsoft Packages Able to work in a
fast-paced environment
Able to multitask time-sensitive tasks and remain
calm under pressure
