Front Desk Receptionist
Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
– Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Receive and distribute mail and packages
– Schedule appointments and manage calendars
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
– Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
– Familiarity with operating phone systems and basic office equipment
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
