Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Administrative Assistant to help with email management, digital file organization, and simple outreach to prospective clients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes operations and keeping things running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize company email inbox
Assist with cataloguing hard drives and managing cloud storage (Dropbox, Google Drive)
Support media backup and file management processes
Send pre-written email templates to prospective clients
Help track outreach activities in spreadsheets or CRM tools
Provide general administrative support as needed
Support the company’s president in identifying and solving issues
Requirements
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Strong written communication skills
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Comfortable with cloud-based tools (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
Familiarity with creative or media file management is a plus, but not required
Preferred Experience
Previous administrative or office support experience
Experience with email management or prospect outreach
Familiarity with CRM or marketing tools (a plus, not required)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.23 – $20.53 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
