We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Office Assistant to join this esteemed law firm based in the heart of London. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, possesses excellent communication skills, and is eager to support various administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities include;

Welcoming clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.

Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing deliveries.

Assisting with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as needed.

Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, strong communication and interpersonal skills and someone who has the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

You must be someone who is flexible and willing to assist with various office duties as required.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
