An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, creative, results-driven, and professional Receptionist & Plant Admin to join Rich's family. This great opportunity is best suited for an energetic and aspiring person who wants to be part of a global organization. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations at our front desk.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing administration support for Plant Manager and plant related need
- Receptionist duty Including greeting visitors, helping them navigate through an office. In addition, maintain calendars for appointments, plan travel arrangements and arrange company’s guest accommodation if necessary
- Managing guest meals with adhere to each guest dietary requirement (For VIP guest)
- Manage office supply including consumable supply, the stationary, medical supply, cleaning supply, meals, etc
- Handling incoming and outgoing mails including collection and distribution of mails
- Manage company vehicle schedule including maintenance schedule, usage schedule, etc
- Manage all RPMI associates travel requirement (Transport, accommodation, allowance)
- Manage office inventory
- Collaborate with procurement to meet the requirements of associates such as uniform, stationary, and working desk
- Implement and support food safety quality program (GMP, HACCP, practice sanitation standards)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any major, min 1 year experience as administrator
- Having GA experience will be advantage
- Ready to join ASAP
- Able to communicate in Bahasa & English
- Willing to be placed on Cikande
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Power Point , etc
