The Role:
We’re looking for a kind, organized, and proactive Admin/Intake Coordinator to join us in a very part-time capacity (5 hours/week to start, with potential to grow). This person will be the first point of contact for potential clients, so compassion, professionalism, and excellent communication skills are an absolute must.

This is a remote position with flexible hours — perfect for someone looking for meaningful work that fits into their existing schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Responding to new client inquiries via phone, voicemail, and email in a warm and timely manner
Verifying insurance benefits and helping clients understand coverage
Supporting the intake process by onboarding new clients
Assisting with general administrative tasks and helping to build and improve internal systems and processes

We’d Love to Work With You If You Are:

A real human — warm, personable, and able to hold space for people during vulnerable moments
Highly organized and detail-oriented (you love a good spreadsheet or checklist)
A great communicator — professional, clear, and compassionate
Experienced in verifying insurance benefits (or willing to learn quickly)
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating email, spreadsheets, and practice management software
Self-motivated and able to work independently without micromanagement

Nice-to-Haves (But Not Required):

Experience working in a mental health, medical, or wellness practice
Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., SimplePractice)
Customer service or client care background

Details & Pay:

Approx. 5 hours/week to start (flexible scheduling)
Virtual/remote position
Pay rate: $18–$25/hour, depending on experience
