Our modern, patient-centered practice is in need of a strong Front Desk Patient Liaison! We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service, patient care is our priority; therefore, teamwork and a pleasant demeanor are a must! We are seeking a motivated, hardworking team member with a strong work ethic. This is a full-time position that we are looking to fill IMMEDIATELY.

Candidate has to have experience with Dental Office Reception, insurance, billing and treatment plan presentation at a dental office.

You will be responsible for:

Check-In and Check-Out of patients
Scheduling & Billing
Patient Record maintenance
Weekly/Monthly reporting EOD/EOM

Qualifications:

Enthusiastic, outgoing and professional.
Career-minded and a self-starter.
Ability to produce at a high level within a fast-paced and systematic practice.
Warm, friendly and highly organized.
Team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Able to multi-task and work independently.
