  • Mission

Reception – Front Desk

  • Warm, professional welcome for international guests; concierge-level service.
  • Coordinate with visited employees; manage beverage service in lounges/meeting rooms.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety of people and property; enforce procedures (physical security, alarms, access control).
  • Inform and advise clients; respond to internal staff requests.
  • Support events (banquets, cocktails).

Lounge Management

  • Keep documentation current; manage reservation schedules and attendance.
  • Provide admin/logistics support (copies, taxis, bookings, documentation, IT/tech).
  • Maintain impeccable lounge cleanliness between visits.

Logistical Support

  • Distribute mail by floor and schedule; deliver equipment and consumables.
  • Manage inventory; continuously inspect premises and alert Logistics/Security/IT as needed.

Security – Confidentiality

  • Handle confidential information per internal policy.
  • Complete and apply bank security training (threats, aggression, fire, first aid).
  • Immediately inform receptions/Security of incidents.
  • Apply all procedures for opening/closing and building access.

Main Responsibilities

  • Participate in inter-building coverage and site rotations.
  • Meet departmental quality targets; resolve pending issues swiftly.
  • Propose and implement improvements; maintain a professional environment.
  • Follow procedures and HR directives.
  • Proactively escalate urgent/high-risk/non-routine cases.
  • Own continuous training and stay current technically/organizationally.
  • Perform additional tasks essential to bank operations as assigned.
  • Act with discretion and tact in public areas.

Your Profile

  • French and English: perfectly fluent.
  • Experience: 5+ years in reception or hospitality; immediate availability.
  • Personal skills: advanced service mindset, needs analysis, teamwork, strong interpersonal skills.
  • Core competencies: adherence to values (Dedication, Conviction, Agility, Responsibility); compliance with regulations and internal directives.
