Job Summary
In charge of encoding and updating the automated database system of the Group relative to monitoring tha Bank’s ROPOA portfolio. Handles all reportorial requirements of AMRG including monitoring of performance output of the Account Officers and monitors approval of all AMRG transactions
How will you contribute?
Ensures administration of all property folders, documents are properly received, filed, and transmitted to the concerned PMD recipients for its proper disposition
Administer the expense management of the Bank-Owned and Warehousing Management Section from evaluation to system processing
Maintains a database on all property folders and files received and pulled out
Assists the Bank-Owned and Warehousing Management Section and Property Management Department Heads in coming up with recommendations on systems and procedures in the administration and compliance of the department
What will make you successful?
Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably a business-related degree
Knowledge in Property Management and ROPA Operations
Experience in banking, real estate, and property management operations
