Position: Records Management Position with RCMP

Reporting to the Records Management Supervisor, you will perform complex and administrative support tasks that require a high degree of accuracy. This role demands an understanding of operational systems like PRIME and CJIM, alongside managing sensitive data. Your ability to work with minimal supervision and adhere to strict confidentiality standards is vital to the success of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality assurance for operational files ensuring legal compliance

• Manage CPIC data entries and perform necessary audits

• Respond effectively to complex information requests

• Maintain accuracy in the Master Name Index for efficient retrieval

• Collaborate with clerical staff on storage and retrieval policies
Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 or GED equivalent

• Three years’ experience in relevant office administration

• Certification in Administration or related discipline

• Typing proficiency of 60 words per minute

• Ability to obtain RCMP Enhanced Security Clearance
