**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all tasks. **Responsibilities:** – Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary – Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events – Assist in the preparation of regular reports and presentations – Handle incoming calls and other communications – Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures – Organize and maintain files and records – Oversee training development for new employees – Manage vendor relationships and contracts – Process payroll accurately and timely **Skills:** – Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial tasks – Strong organizational skills to maintain a structured office environment – Experience in medical office management is a plus – Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication – Ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently – Knowledge of vendor management processes – Familiarity with payroll procedures This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where your skills will be valued, and your contributions recognized.
