About the Role:
We are looking for a Recruiting Admin proficient in English to manage administrative aspects of recruitment, support the hiring process, and maintain candidate records. This role provides crucial support to recruitment teams in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding
- Maintain candidate records and manage applicant systems
- Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment activities
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews
- Facilitate communication between candidates, HR, and management
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment or HR administration
- Fluent English
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and employment legislation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
