About the Role:

We are looking for a Recruiting Admin proficient in English to manage administrative aspects of recruitment, support the hiring process, and maintain candidate records. This role provides crucial support to recruitment teams in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding
  • Maintain candidate records and manage applicant systems
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment activities
  • Conduct preliminary phone interviews
  • Facilitate communication between candidates, HR, and management
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment or HR administration
  • Fluent English
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes and employment legislation
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
