Our recruitment team is growing, and we are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate Recruiting Administrative Coordinator to support two Executive Recruiters on our Los Angeles team. Applicants must be based in Los Angeles, CA.

In this role, you’ll play an integral part in supporting the placement of top talent with notable firms and luxury brands across the globe. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to build a long-term career in recruiting, and recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

  • Support two high-volume recruiting desks and manage complex calendars in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Coordinate a high volume of interviews across multiple stakeholders and schedules
  • Manage shifting priorities and last-minute scheduling changes with urgency and professionalism
  • Serve as a responsive point of contact for candidates, clients, and internal teams throughout the interview process
  • Maintain organized candidate and client records in accordance with company protocols
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with background check processes
  • Partner closely with Compliance on onboarding paperwork and processes
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure a seamless recruiting experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting multiple executives, teams, or workflows preferred
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to execute quickly and accurately
  • Forward-thinking and highly proactive, with the ability to anticipate priorities, take ownership, and execute with urgency and precision
  • Highly responsive and resourceful with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and handling competing deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
  • Someone who enjoys staying busy, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and can confidently balance multiple priorities at once
