About The RoleReporting to the National HR Manager, the Recruitment & Administration Officer will be responsible for providing HR & recruitment support across the business. This position supports the leadership team to ensure compliance with processes including IR, WHS, recruitment and employee onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support and advice on all recruitment matters.

Manage recruitment campaigns end to end

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation and trends and provide updates to stakeholders, including the leadership team and payroll, as required.

Coordinate all employee onboarding including employment contracts, employment paperwork and employee handbook.

Manage WHS administration

Assist administration and coordination of projects as/when required.

Provide admin support to executive team as/when required.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Demonstrated experience in running successful recruitment campaigns and knowledge of various recruitment methods.

Exposure to the manufacturing & wholesale industry will be highly regarded

Strength in managing multiple priorities in a busy organization.

Highly effective interpersonal skills with a strength in building effective relationships.

Strong written and verbal skills

Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and professional presentation of documents.
