We are actively seeking a Recruiting Coordinator on behalf of our national client. This is a full-time, remote position based out of Pennsylvania, New York, or New Jersey.
Responsibilities:
Keep job postings up to date and maintain data in the applicant tracking system.
Schedule interviews, coordinating between candidates, the recruiter and/or hiring manager. Work to make the process as seamless as possible.
Stay in touch with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the hiring journey. Answer candidate questions about the company, its culture, the team, benefits, and more.
Help new hires get started by assisting with onboarding and paperwork.
Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing to attract top talent.
Track key hiring metrics and keep recruitment reports organized.
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support a smooth hiring process and overall company goals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or HR-related support role.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities efficiently.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication with candidates and hiring teams.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools.
Strong attention to detail in job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate records.
