  • Client interaction: Coordinate feedback loops.
  • Process administration: Maintain applicant tracking systems, update recruitment dashboards,
  • Onboarding assistance: Support new hire documentation, orientation scheduling, and smooth transition into the client’s workforce.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal ability.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Detail‑oriented with a focus on candidate experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters and client managers.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of similar experience as a coordinator
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysia’s labour market and workforce regulations.
