I am currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager for a beautiful hospitality group based in London.
You will be a real people person with a strong hospitality background and a passion for recruitment, highly organized and ready to hit the ground running!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment throughout the group for both kitchen and front of house management vacancies.
Co-ordinate and support venue managers with junior recruitment
Co-ordinate with venue managers to forecast future hiring needs.
Advise venue managers on interview techniques.
Stay up to date with labor legislation and inform venue managers and Recruitment Resourcer about the changes in regulations.
Ensuring creation and upkeep of job descriptions and employment contracts
Proactively searching for and screening relevant candidates through all avenues and arranging interviews.
Manage, supervise, and support Recruitment Resourcer with vacancies ensuring proactiveness.
Administer and facilitate recruitment events and open days working alongside Recruitment Resourcer
Build applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites worldwide.
Ensure applicants possess qualities that support and promotecompany cultureand ethos.
Coordinating offers with HR Administrator and completing all relevant admin including offer letters, new starter documents
Creating a long-term strategy for the attraction, on-boarding and most importantly, retention of the best people in the industry for the business to Director of People
Manage recruitment budget, track spend and produce monthly reports to the Director of People
Be active in improving and promoting company ethos and culture.
To be up to date on competitor rates & benefits within the industry
Manage the recruitment of new openings from strategy to launch.
To recognize talent within the business for internal progression andpromotionopportunities and work alongside Learning and Development Manager
Harness candidates through utilizing advertising strategies in conjunction with the operations team and marketing department
