As an administrative assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative duties for the Distribution Center. You will provide assistance and support to designated staff members, including additional project work as required
Utilize multiple software systems with a high degree of accuracy
Perform basic inventory functions/transactions
Work with Operations group to solve issues
Assist with administrative duties for the warehouse operation leaders
Order/Restock office and warehouse supplies as needed
Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Occupational Safety Procedure and all Food Safety guidelines related to the position or being on the Warehouse floor.

We offer $18 to $20 per hour, depending on your experience level.
Requirements:
High school education
Experience working with “time-sensitive’ material and data with a high need of first-time accuracy
1-2 years of administrative work experience – production environment preferred
Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel
Experience using data entry processes and software
Strong mathematical skills
Sunday thru Thursday 10am to 6:30 pm
