Chino Administrator
Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth workflow. Maintaining office supplies and managing inventory.
Ensuring a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Organize and schedule the weekly Milk Run to ensure timely deliveries.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly. Communication bridge between coworkers, especially customer service and logistics manager.
Coordinate with drivers to assist with the arrival and dispatch of incoming and outgoing products.
Create Bill of Lading (BOL), Packing Slips and Hussmann Packages.
Organize and file documents. And send daily packages to the Whittier office. Input and maintain accurate data in QuickBooks and the Shipping Schedule.
Assist with inventory management every Friday and generate shipping report on Thursdays. Providing general administrative support to management and teams. Print Work Orders for production and add them to the shipping schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
