About your new role:
In this varied role, you will support the Country Manager by providing a high-level administration within our Retail, Manufacturing and Logistics business units. You will manage clear reporting, communication and documentation whilst working closely with several internal key stakeholders in Ireland & the UK.
You will be the key relationship between the Retail & Operation Management teams and our Support Office functions to deliver purpose, in line with business objectives.
Administration
Report to finance in the UK on Krispy Kreme Irelands results daily, weekly and monthly
Supplier Management
Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering
Invoicing purchase order management
Using spreadsheets to track expenses and company spending
Collecting and inputting company data
Supporting the People Partner with recruitment & HR admin
Stock Control
Co-ordination of weekly stock management processes
Support administration on stock system.
Profit & Loss Administration
Co-ordination of key P&L cost lines for region to support P&L management
Support facilitation of first line review of key cost line accuracy
Support on-going projects
Organise and store paperwork, documents, and digital information

What we look for:
Previous experience within a similar administrative role is essential
Experience of organising multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail
Highly computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Office
Experience in collecting data and creating multiple reports at senior management level
