- Familiarity with Customer Service practices and a customer-centric mindset
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in using operational tools and software is an advantage
- Understanding of engineering, construction, or project management is beneficial
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
