Job Description

  • Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of treasury-related systems across regional environments by providing timely incident resolution, system monitoring, and operational support.
  • Support business users, treasury operations teams, and IT stakeholders by resolving system issues, maintaining infrastructure, and coordinating with internal teams (DBA, Unix, Wintel, Security) and external vendors.
  • Supports business continuity and operational efficiency by minimizing system downtime, ensuring critical processes (e.g., batch jobs, transactions) run smoothly, and maintaining high system reliability for banking operations.
  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 incident support.
  • Perform system maintenance and patching.
  • Support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge base.
  • Drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirement

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a regional or multi-site environment.
  • 3+ years Linux experience (Preferably OpenShift, Kubernetes).
  • 3+ years MSSQL database experience.
  • 5+ years technical support experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support diverse stakeholders.
  • Linux and Windows server environments.
  • Oracle and MSSQL databases (SQL scripting experience required).
  • Networking, firewall general troubleshooting.
  • Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift.
  • Monitoring (ZENA, SolarWind, OpenShift Console, Grafana, Kibana).
  • Hands-on experience in system performance monitoring, troubleshooting outages.
